The Kitchen can be a little freighting at first specifically if you are new at cooking theirs a lot going on.  So that’s why knowing the basics is always’s a good thing, There are a few sections to read but its well worth it for your safety.  Remember it’s just food in the end and try to stay relaxed and have a clear head.  Here we will over a few basic’s to get started.
