This BBQ sauce is a staple, Adding a dark heavy beer really adds body and flavour.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup Of vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Of chopped onions
  • 2 cups Of Ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons Of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup Of Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Of Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Of Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Of Liquid Smoke
  • 340 millilitres Of [url href=”https://www.beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/492/1401/”]Hermannator Ice Bock[/url] (optional)
  • 3/4 cup Of Molasses
  • 4 Cloves Of Garlic (minced)
Instructions
  1. Combine onion, garlic in a 3 quart saucepan. Saute until translucent, about 10 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients, bring to boil. Simmer uncovered until reduced and thickened, about 15 to 25 minutes
