While you’re prepping ingredients for sautéing, put your frying pan in the oven. When you’re ready to cook, you won’t have to wait for the pan to heat up.


∗ Warning  – Please make sure to not put any pot’s or pan’s in a hot oven that are made with teflon or any kind of plastic handles.  Only Cast Iron and All Metal pot’s or pan’s.
