Ingredients
  • 1 head garlic, peeled
  • 1 50 can g of anchovy, not drained
  • 4 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1½ cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • juice and zest of 3 lemon
Instructions
  1. In your blender or food processor pulse the garlic, anchovies and salt to a paste. Add the remaining dressing ingredients and process to a smooth dressing.
